SV601 microscope is our new product, can work with planetary Cameras? SV105 and SV305 are our two planetary cameras, can they be connected to an SV601 microscope to using? Which planetary camera should I choose to work with SV601 microscopes? The following photos were taken from the specimens matched with SV601 (STEM OF WOOD DICOTYLEDON XS).
For the specific operation process, we can refer to the blog: How SV105 Camera Work With Microscope? Here we show the test results of SV105 planetary cameras and SV601 microscope. At the microscope, light is turned to the maximum mode, the observation condition of the objective lens 4x. And the screenshot capture of Sharpcap software parameter automatic MJPG mode. We could see the cell structure of different tissues in dicotyledons.
For the specific operation process, we can refer to the blog: How to use the SVBONY SV601 Microscope with the SVBONY SV305 Astronomy Camera? Here we show the test results of SV305 planetary cameras and SV601 microscope. At, the microscope, light is turned to the maximum mode, the observation condition of the objective lens 4x. And the screenshot capture of Sharpcap software parameter automatic RGB24 mode. We could see the cell structure of different tissues in dicotyledons.
So, which planetary camera is more suitable for imaging with a microscope? Let's compare and explain in detail. In order to prove it better, we have added the pictures taken by the smartphone through the eyepiece. From the figure, we could see that when the microscope objective is 4x, the two planetary cameras can see plant cells, and there is no significant difference; when the microscope objective is 10x, the color degree of images using SV305 is close to that of pictures taken with the phone; when the microscope is 40x, we can clearly see the difference between two planetary cameras, The images obtained by SV105 is relatively dark, while the SV305 is brighter, which is closer to the color of pictures taken by mobile phone, which may be related to the stronger photosensitivity of SV305 chip.
To sum up, we could draw a simple conclusion: the two planetary cameras could obtain clear pictures at low magnification (4x, 10x) of the microscope. At high magnification (40x), the advantages of SV305 are relatively obvious. Relatively speaking, it has a stronger photosensitive capacity. The images taken are closer to the real color of objects. If you don't need to observe objects with large magnification, you may choose SV105. If you want to observe objects with larger magnification and closer to the real color, SV305 will be your better choice.
