Outstanding Lens for what you pay for
Used this lens twice now at home and at a star party and I am very impressed with its performance. Using the moon for detail really shows what it can do. I saw craters that my other lens did not catch. Very good. It is also the perfect medium power for my 2000mm, focal length telescope. For my telescope that makes about 111 power. I do not like viewing at hi power unless the conditions are perfect and at this moment in the winter with all the air currents, medium power is perfect. The eyepiece comes in a nice heavy-duty box with the caps and a lens cloth. Yes, there are threads on the barrel for filters.
Right now, it is SVBONY's best lens at $95.00 and it is worth every penny. I have seen through telescopes using Mead, Orion and other company lens and I fail to see any difference and I am saving a lot of money by buying the SVBONY products.

1.The SV190 Ultra Flat Field telescope eyepieces. With a generous 65° apparent field of view, these eyepieces provide more field of view than typical Plossl eyepieces, all the while providing a fantastic image from the center to the edge.
