Solid Construction. Smoth focus. Good optics.
The construction feels firm, the focus adjustment is smooth, and the optical result is surprising. I was in doubt how the SV 45 model compared to the SV32, in the 10x50 sizes, because the specs on the website seem to omit some information.
The SV32's page says it has "8 pieces/6 groups lens structure", SV45's doesn't. On the other hand, on the SV45 page it says that the lenses are Fully Multi Coated (FMC), the SV32 doesn't. Then I looked at the description on the amazon.de website and there is more complete information there, including the same lens structure (8/6 Gruppen zur Reduzierung von Verzerrungen).
SV45 has, therefore, better specs than SV32 and the end result is, in fact, very good. A bargain for the price.
